These scupltures came to the artist in a dream.  After six months of trial and error, Joy finally figured out what she was dreaming.  Joy found, after working with steel wire, that stainless steel TIG wire gave her the look she was visualizing.  With the introduction of swivels on the top orb, the movement of the pieces became vital for the overall visual appeal of the work.  Glass is melted onto stainless steel wire and then the wire and glass are annealed.  After the piece cools, glass is formed on the other end of the wire and again annealed. After cooling, the wire is cleaned and then wrapped onto a center wire creating the orb.  The orbs are individual and one-of-a-kind becuase no two can be identical. These pieces range from 70 wires to 140 wire, with some incorporating mini handmade beads added to the indivdual wires.  These are one-of-a-kind and can never be reproduced.

Each piece varies widely in size and price.
